7:00 PM | TALK – “Bridges of Dialogue: International Cooperation and Mediterranean Identities” A moment of discussion and in-depth analysis focusing on the perspectives of international cooperation in the Mediterranean.

8:30 PM | EVENT – BrikFest & Cooking Show The Radicepura garden comes alive with the beats of Massimo Napoli’s DJ set and the aromas of live cooking stations. Renowned Tunisian and Sicilian chefs will prepare the finest traditional specialties for you:
- Chef Ghassen Ferchichi: Octopus couscous and classic Tunisian brik with egg and tuna
- Chef Bilel Wechtati: Chicken couscous and Brik Danouni
- Chef Mohamed Ali Abouda: Traditional sweet-and-savory Tunisian couscous and Fatima’s Fingers
- Chef Seby Sorbello: Vegetarian couscous (Vegan Option)
- Chef Hajer Aissi: Trapani-style couscous
- Pastry Chef Ghassen Boumellah: Traditional Samsa pastry
